Verify Insurance
We'll go over your insurance plan details and verify coverage for ABA therapy services. Our team will happily assist you in understanding your policy benefits.

Review Costs
After verifying coverage, we'll provide a transparent breakdown of any out-of-pocket costs you may incur for ABA therapy. Pricing clarity is important to us.

Provide Documentation
If your child has an autism diagnosis, please provide their diagnosis documentation and a letter of medical necessity from their doctor. Don't have a diagnosis yet? Contact us - we may still be able to help you.

Submit for Assessment Authorization
Using your documentation, we'll submit for prior authorization from your insurance to conduct an ABA assessment.

Schedule Assessment
Once authorized, we'll coordinate a time for a BCBA to comprehensively evaluate your child and determine your child's strengths and areas for growth.

Treatment Plan
Assessment data is used to create a personalized ABA treatment plan aligned with your child's needs and goals.

Begin ABA Services
With an authorized plan, your child will be matched with a dedicated therapy team to begin ABA services in your preferred setting.
